JoAnn is the Vice President of Community Impact at the United Way of Greater Waterbury. She has been dedicated to GWHP since it’s inception in 2013 and co-chairs the GWHP Steering Committee with Ellen Carter. JoAnn has helped to align the work of GWHP with United Way’s impact area Basic Needs/ Access to Care. Her tireless work in the community on behalf of all adults and children is reflected in the many programs United Way supports through funding.
