The Connecticut Suicide Advisory Board (CTSAB) is currently developing the CT Suicide Prevention Plan for 2025, a document that will help guide our collective efforts to prevent suicide over the next 5 years.

We would like to learn from you about the suicide prevention, intervention and response efforts that you have been involved with in the state over the past 5 years, as well as your perspectives on efforts going forward.

The survey consists of two primary sections: one that focuses on suicide prevention activities related to one’s professional role and another that focuses on suicide prevention activities related to one’s personal/volunteer role. You will be given the opportunity to answer questions related to one or both of these roles depending upon your involvement. The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. Results from the survey will provide valuable information on the current status of these efforts in Connecticut and will help to guide future activities.
