GWHP compiles the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for Greater Waterbury every 2-3 years.  Research is conducted by GWHP’s partner CT DataHaven and GWHP issues a technical report of the Assessment that is released by the hospitals to the State of CT each cycle.  The CHNA is a year-long project that includes resident and community voice engagement through facilitated discussion groups. GWHP compiles the Well-Being Report as a consumer-level companion supplement to the technical report.
