Steven Schneider M.D., MBA, President & CEO St. Mary’s Hospital

Dr. Steven Schneider began his tenure as Saint Mary’s Hospital President in January 2018. He now leads one of six hospitals in the Trinity Health Of New England regional healthcare ministry. Prior to becoming president, Dr. Schneider served as Saint Mary’s Chief Medical Officer and President of Franklin Medical Group, the hospital owned physician group, for seven years.
Throughout his extensive career in hospital administration, Dr. Schneider has continuously strived to expand and increase healthcare services.

Peter Adamo, President & CEO Waterbury Hospital

Mr. Adamo was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterbury Hospital, and its affiliates, in August of 2017. In this capacity he is responsible for the hospital, its physician group, home health agency, outpatient rehabilitation company, and co-managed imaging ventures. Prior to his Waterbury responsibilities, Mr. Adamo was the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Roxborough Memorial and Suburban Community Hospitals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He served in this capacity for five years while onboarding three hospitals in the Philadelphia market.
